Job Description
The selected candidate will be employed in the non-titular advisory position (Advisor) at the Geodetic Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, under the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning. The employment contract will be for a fixed term, full-time, until 30 November 2029, or until the end of the ‘VAIKARDD – Entering the Digital Space’ project, whichever occurs earlier.
Work location: Geodetic Administration offices at Zemljemerska ulica 12, 1000 Ljubljana, or at other premises where the authority carries out its duties.
Requirements for Application
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum qualification: University-level professional or academic education (first cycle/Bologna Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
Minimum 7 months of professional work experience;
Slovenian language proficiency;
Citizenship of the Republic of Slovenia;
Not finally convicted of an intentional criminal offence prosecuted ex officio, nor convicted of unconditional imprisonment exceeding six months;
No final indictment pending for an intentional criminal offence prosecuted ex officio.
Key Responsibilities
General Duties:
Assist in drafting regulations and other complex documents;
Collect, process, and prepare data for complex documents;
Independently prepare less complex documents with proposed measures;
Perform other tasks of similar complexity.
Project-Specific Tasks (VAIKARDD):
Support content management and development of websites, social media, and other digital platforms;
Collect, organize, structure, and prepare data, metadata, and technical content for publication;
Draft user manuals, best practice examples, and training materials; assist in delivering training;
Monitor and update published content, coordinating with content owners.
Selection Advantages

Managing websites, social media, or other digital platforms;
Preparing, editing, and publishing digital content;
Creating user, presentation, or training materials;
Presenting content clearly and in an accessible manner.
