Assistant Manager – GIS

The Assistant Manager – GIS will support the execution of geospatial projects and technology initiatives under the guidance of the Technology Manager. The role involves hands-on GIS and remote-sensing data processing, spatial analysis, map preparation, field surveys, geospatial data management, technical documentation, and project coordination. Key responsibilities: Process and analyze GIS and remote-sensing data; prepare maps and thematic layers Maintain spatial databases and validate, integrate, and quality-check data Support UAV/drone mapping, photogrammetry, GNSS field surveys, ground-truthing, and field data collection Assist with GeoAI, geospatial machine learning, LiDAR, 3D data processing, Web GIS, dashboards, visualization, and digital twin projects Prepare technical reports, project documentation, maps, presentations, proposals, and concept notes Coordinate project tasks and work with startups, government departments, industry partners, and academic institutions Follow project standards, workflows, and documentation practices Qualifications and experience: M.Tech or M.Sc. in Geoinformatics, GIS, Remote Sensing, Geospatial Technology, Geography, or a related discipline 0–1 year of relevant academic, internship, research, or professional experience Desirable skills: ArcGIS and/or QGIS Remote-sensing software and geospatial-data processing Spatial databases and Web GIS Python, Google Earth Engine, or other geospatial programming tools UAV/drone mapping, photogrammetry, GNSS, LiDAR, or 3D data processing Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical-documentation skills This is a full-time role based in Tirupati. Working days are Monday to Saturday, with office hours from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Apply by October 6, 2026.
