We’re looking for a seasoned, authorized geodetic engineer who will contribute technically while also serving as a mentor and technical advisor to colleagues—not as a team leader assigning tasks, but as a trusted expert sharing knowledge and helping raise the overall quality of our work. Key Responsibilities Perform independent professional geodetic work on interesting projects across the Czech Republic Share expertise and mentor junior staff through consultation and knowledge transfer Influence how modern technologies (e.g., GNSS, total stations, 3D scanning, geoprocessing software) are applied within our workflows Contribute to process optimization and quality assurance Requirements Completed university education in geodesy and cartography Valid authorization to verify geodetic surveying results (required) Several years of professional experience in geodesy, including ability to independently manage projects Hands-on experience in field measurements using total stations, GNSS receivers, and optionally 3D scanning Proficiency in geoprocessing software used by our company (e.g., Geus, Bentley MicroStation, GROMA, TBC – experience with any of these is advantageous) Willingness and ability to mentor colleagues, discuss methodologies, and provide technical support Valid Category B driver’s license Self-reliance, responsibility, and openness to new technologies and modern practices What We Offer Company-provided laptop and mobile phone Access to company vehicle for work and commuting Flexible work arrangement: up to 20% home office Competitive compensation (from CZK 55,000/month, scaled to experience and authorization level) 25 days of paid annual leave 3 additional sick days Pension savings contribution (DIP) Maximum possible meal voucher allowance Free coffee machine at the office Regular team-building events and activities Get in Touch We invite you to join our team of experienced professionals committed to excellence in geodesy.
