[AVP] Mobility Service Software Engineer for Map

Who we are We are a team that develops, operates, and manages the Shucle platform, a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solution powered by smart technologies. We lead all aspects of the demand-responsive transportation service “Shucle,” including planning, development, data analysis, service operations, and business development, working directly across these areas with agility and a strong focus on both customers and service excellence. We transform the concept of MaaS into a tangible service, enabling seamless and flexible mobility in everyday life. Shucle ( https://www.shucle.com ) was first introduced in 2020 as Korea's first urban demand-responsive transportation service utilizing AI technology. Since then, it has become the number one community mobility service platform with the largest user base and operational records. Responsibilities In this role, you will develop map-related routing, search features, tools, converters, and backend APIs required for the Shucle service. ■ Navigation Map and Engine Development Developing directions servers used by the Shucle service Developing directions map converters and engines using road network data Reviewing and improving directions results ■ Search and Geocoding Development Developing POI search and reverse geocoding servers for the Shucle service Developing integrations with external APIs Developing reverse geocoding data converters and engines using public datasets ■ Backend API Development Developing backend APIs for map tools (map operations tools) Developing backend APIs for Shucle service operations tools Developing grpc APIs for regional services in Shucle Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of C/C++ programming experience Minimum 3 years of experience in backend API and frontend development Preferred Qualifications Understanding of modern C++ standards (C++11, C++14, C++17, C++20) and experience applying them Experience developing across multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux, and macOS Experience managing source code with Git and applying branching strategies for collaboration Experience developing map APIs (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox) Experience with GIS or spatial data processing projects Development experience using AWS Experience developing with AWS and programming in Golang Strong understanding of core concepts such as data structures, algorithms, memory management, pointers, and multithreading Ability to write performanceㆍoptimized and memoryㆍefficient code Others [Notes] In accordance with the employment protection laws, eligible candidates (disabled individuals, veterans, etc.) will receive preferential benefits during the process.
