Cadastral Surveying Technician

Your Mission Fieldwork (35%) Conduct site reconnaissance and basic surveys Perform on-site measurements, locate historical markers, and re-adjust archived plans Install and mark new survey points Office Work (65%) Order and analyze documentation in advance Prepare for field missions Draft land subdivision and consolidation project plans Compile cadastral dossiers in accordance with cadastral regulations Knowledge of Luxembourg’s cadastral guidelines is an asset Your Profile Diploma in surveying, topography, or geomatics technician field Proficiency with Leica instruments and AutoCAD and Covadis software French required; German or Luxembourgish is an advantage Our Client A topographic and cadastral office based in Luxembourg, providing surveying, layout, and cadastral documentation services to private clients, developers, and public authorities.
