Cartographer (Geomatics) Engineer

Job Description We are looking for a Cartographer (Geomatics) Engineer responsible for mapping processes related to our products and services in the energy sector, based in Ankara. Requirements Graduated from a relevant university department; Preferred: Advanced English proficiency; Preferred: Holders of an UAV Pilot License (UAV-0) with hands-on experience in data collection and processing using UAVs for cartographic applications; Thorough knowledge of photogrammetry processes, workflows, and software; Familiarity with coordinate systems used in Turkey and solid understanding of fundamental principles for coordinate transformations; Knowledge of modern geospatial data storage and presentation standards; Preferred: Experience participating in Computer Vision and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) projects; Preferred: Experience performing programmatic processing of large-scale raster and vector datasets (e.g., using Python and SQL); Ability to adapt to flexible working hours; No travel restrictions and capable of driving a vehicle.
