Job Description
As a GIS / BIM / CAD Technician for Civil Engineering Works at BEPEFA Ingeniería, you will participate in the collection and analysis of geographic information, as well as the preparation of drawings and models for projects, tenders, and construction supervision.
In your daily responsibilities, you will coordinate with the engineering team to interpret specifications, generate detailed drawings, review design modifications, and ensure consistency between design intent and field execution. You will also support the preparation of quantity take-offs, material lists, BIM requirements, and documentation for tenders and construction supervision.
Requirements
Education: Higher technical qualification in project design, civil engineering, geomatics, or related field.
BIM: Certified training in BIM methodology is highly valued.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles.
Software Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and QGIS.
- Advanced use of AI tools is highly valued.
- Knowledge of rendering workflows (e.g., Blender, Twinmotion) is advantageous.
