Spatial7’s asset management platform enables real-time asset tracking, performance monitoring, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and streamline operations. By integrating GIS implementation, remote sensing, satellite imagery analysis, and spatial data integration, Spatial7 supports both businesses and government agencies in maximizing asset utilization and improving decision-making. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consulting Professional role based in the Greater Ipswich Area. The Consulting Professional will work closely with clients to understand their geospatial and asset management needs, translate those requirements into practical solutions, and guide them through implementation and optimization. Daily activities include conducting client workshops and assessments, configuring and demonstrating Spatial7’s geospatial and asset management tools, preparing technical and business documentation, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical teams, monitoring project progress, providing training and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of Spatial7’s consulting methodologies and service offerings. Qualifications Experience in geospatial domains, including GIS implementation, spatial data analysis, and mapping or visualization solutions. Background in asset management or related fields, such as asset lifecycle planning, asset performance monitoring, and process/workflow optimization. Ability to work with data-driven and AI-enabled systems, including interpreting analytical outputs and translating them into actionable insights for clients. Client-facing consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, and presentation of findings and recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation, reports, and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in an on-site environment. Relevant tertiary qualification in geospatial science, engineering, information systems, asset management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Familiarity with government or infrastructure sectors, particularly road networks or utilities, is advantageous.
