Development Engineer (Project Manager Candidate) – XR, GIS, and High-Impact Social Systems
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Development Engineer with Project Management potential to join our stable, listed-group company. You’ll contribute to high-value projects leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as XR (Extended Reality), GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and HR systems—many of which have received national recognition (e.g., Prime Minister’s Award for GIS innovation).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) for projects including:
- VR training simulators for airlines
- VR educational materials for nursing schools
- GIS-based business support & tourism applications
- ERP and HR system implementations & add-on development for large enterprises
Participate across the full development lifecycle: requirements definition, system/technical design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
In smaller/mid-sized projects (typical duration: several months to half a year), you’ll engage from upstream to downstream phases.
In large-scale projects, you’ll primarily focus on design through implementation and testing as part of the team.
Future growth into Project Lead or Project Manager roles is strongly encouraged.

Work Location & Conditions

Work Hours: Discretionary labor system (9 hrs/day, incl. 1-hr break); standard schedule: 9:00–17:45 (flexible start/end times per team/individual)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (3-month probation)

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: ¥5.5M – ¥8.0M
- Base: ¥4.464M – ¥6.504M
- Fixed Overtime Allowance: ¥88,000 – ¥128,000/month (30 hrs)
- Overtime beyond 30 hrs is paid additionally
Monthly Pay: ¥460,000 – ¥670,000 (12 installments, incl. allowances)
Bonuses: Performance-based year-end bonuses
