Electrical Engineering Master/Technician as GIS Application Support Specialist – Energy Sector

What You Drive You are responsible for GIS user support and first-level assistance for both internal and external users. You act as the liaison between GIS users and the IT department. You manage GIS system administration, including conducting user training and creating documentation/handbooks. In close collaboration with technical departments, you develop new workflows within the GIS environment. You create custom queries and perform analyses on GIS data. You are responsible for quality assurance, including error analysis and troubleshooting. What Sets You Apart Completed vocational advancement qualification as a Master (a) or Technician (a*) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field. Several years of relevant professional experience and solid electrical engineering knowledge. Strong IT affinity, along with proven skills in GIS and databases. Experience in the energy sector or energy supply is desirable and demonstrates your interest in the field. Strong teamwork and communication skills. High levels of initiative, engagement, and a sense of responsibility define your work approach.
