With a diverse global workforce, the organization fosters a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional development Key Responsibilities GIS Strategy & Leadership Define and drive enterprise GIS roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Provide geospatial technology leadership and strategic advisory services to business stakeholders. Lead GIS digital transformation initiatives and modernization programs. Establish GIS governance, standards, best practices, and operating procedures. Solution Architecture & Design Architect enterprise GIS platforms using technologies such as: ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Workflow manager Design scalable GIS architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Define spatial data models, integration frameworks, and enterprise geodatabases. Project Delivery Lead end-to-end GIS project delivery including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Manage multiple geospatial projects and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Conduct solution reviews and provide technical governance. Spatial Data Management Develop and maintain enterprise geodatabases. Define data quality, data governance, and metadata standards. Manage large-scale spatial datasets and data migration activities. Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements. System Integration Design APIs and web services for enterprise GIS integrations. Stakeholder Management Engage with senior management, business users, and technology teams. Facilitate workshops and prepare technical and business presentations. Provide consulting recommendations and solution roadmaps. Team Leadership Mentor GIS analysts, developers, and consultants. Establish technical standards and review deliverables. Support resource planning and capability development. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Enterprise GIS Architecture ArcGIS Enterprise (10.x/12.x) ArcGIS Server, Portal, Web Adaptor, ArcGIS Datastore , Workflow Manager and ArcGIS Enterprise administration. ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS Online Spatial Database Management SQL Server and PostgreSQL Python Scripting (ArcPy) Web GIS Technologies REST APIs & Integration Frameworks GIS Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS) JavaScript(3.x & 4.x), React JS , ArcGIS Pro SDK for desktop, HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery .NET Framework 3.5/4.x, .NET Core, ASP.NET , ASP.NET Web API Programming Experience Requirements Minimum 15+ years of GIS consulting and implementation experience . At least 8+ years in Enterprise GIS architecture and solution design . Experience delivering large-scale GIS programs with multiple stakeholders. Proven experience in cloud migration, GIS modernization, and enterprise integrations. Strong leadership and client-facing consulting experience.
