Geographic Information Systems Analyst

Key Requirements: Must be local to the Triangle region of North Carolina – non-local candidates will not be considered. Strong experience with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Esri software suite . Ability to independently build web mapping applications and publish hosted/referenced feature services. Experience with GIS data editing, geometry/events/attributes, QA/QC, mapping, dashboards, and GIS tools . Knowledge of Arcade scripting and GIS ETL processes . Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-GIS users to gather requirements. Experience supporting transportation, routing, traffic operations, incident response, or similar GIS workflows is highly desirable. Must be available for 12+ hour days, including evenings/weekends/holidays , during major emergency activations. Preference for candidates within 1 hour of the STOC in Raleigh .
