GIS Analyst/Engineer | ESRI ArcGIS | Full-Time Direct Hire | Greater Phoenix, AZ Location: Greater Phoenix Area Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire No Visa Sponsorship Available Local Greater Phoenix area candidates only We're seeking a GIS Analyst/Engineer to join a growing team where you'll design, develop, and support enterprise GIS applications using the ESRI ArcGIS platform. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex spatial challenges, collaborating with business stakeholders, and working with the latest GIS technologies in a stable, long-term environment. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain enterprise GIS applications. Build and support enterprise geodatabases and spatial data solutions. Partner with business users to gather requirements and deliver innovative GIS solutions. Develop SQL queries and maintain spatial databases. Troubleshoot GIS applications and ensure optimal performance. Support application enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations. Create technical documentation and provide end-user support and training. What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience supporting ESRI GIS technologies. Experience with : ESRI ArcGIS Desktop ArcGIS Server Enterprise Geodatabases SQL Microsoft Windows environments Preferred ArcGIS Enterprise Python JavaScript Web GIS application development GIS security and performance optimization Data visualization and spatial analytics Work Environment Hybrid Work environment Monday–Friday business hours Important Requirements Candidates must currently live in the Greater Phoenix area.
