Geomatics Engineer / Land Surveyor (GIS & Cartography)

Lexgeo, SRL is hiring a Geomatics Engineer and/or Land Surveyor (Ingeniero Geomático y/o Agrimensor). What you'll do: Prepare and process files before the Dirección Regional de Mensuras Catastrales. Carry out notifications of technical work and related procedures. Perform topographic and cadastral field surveys, alternating with office work. Prepare AutoCAD drawings from collected data. Contribute to cartography and thematic map production in GIS environments. Work in a multidisciplinary team on territorial development and infrastructure projects. What we're looking for: University degree in Land Surveying (Agrimensura) or Geomatics Engineering. At least 2 years of experience in surveying, cartography and related work. Proficiency with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS and related software. Practical knowledge of Real Estate Jurisdiction (Jurisdicción Inmobiliaria) regulations and the Mensuras Catastrales virtual platform. Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the country. Attention to detail, proactivity, effective communication, teamwork and good organization.
