Role Purpose: The GIS Analyst/Developer will support the delivery and maintenance of geospatial applications, workflows, and spatial data services across the SCS JV project scope. The role involves supporting GIS infrastructure, developing web mapping applications, automating spatial data processes, and providing technical support to engineering, environmental, and project management teams. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and develop Esri ArcGIS Enterprise applications, Web AppBuilder/Experience Builder, and Field Maps solutions. • Automate GIS workflows using Python (ArcPy/ArcGIS API for Python) and FME. • Integrate spatial data from CAD, BIM, and database systems (SQL Server, PostGIS). • Perform spatial analysis, cartographic map production, and spatial data quality assurance. • Support multi-disciplinary teams with spatial data requests and technical GIS support. Qualifications & Experience: • Degree in GIS, Geospatial Science, Geography, Computer Science, or related field. • Strong experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Desktop GIS (ArcGIS Pro / QGIS). • Experience in GIS programming/scripting (Python, ArcPy, JavaScript/HTML/CSS, FME). • Familiarity with infrastructure, civil engineering, or construction projects is advantageous.
