Full Time / 9-day fortnight / 36 hours per week Salary: $101,616 - $108,140 per annum, plus superannuation Position Brief - Geospatial Support Officer About The Team: The City of Gold Coast is undergoing an exciting digital transformation and bringing critical IT and spatial services in-house. As part of this journey, we’re seeking a Geospatial Application Support Officer to provide second and third-level technical support, administration, and continuous improvement for enterprise GIS and spatial applications. Key Responsibilities: • Administer, configure, and maintain Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and enterprise spatial databases. • Troubleshoot technical issues, support web GIS applications, and maintain spatial data integrations. • Automate GIS administrative workflows using Python and FME. • Collaborate with IT and operational business units to deliver user support and spatial data solutions. Qualifications: • Tertiary qualification in GIS, Geomatics, Computer Science, or related field. • 3+ years experience in enterprise GIS administration and application support (Esri stack). • Experience with Python, FME, ArcPy, and SQL Server/PostGIS.
