Mission GIS / CAD – As-Built Data Encoding | Brussels (Hybrid) Curious to contribute to the energy transition? We’re looking for a GIS data encoding specialist for a freelance mission with a major player in the Belgian energy sector. Your Mission You will manage and maintain reference data for underground infrastructure (electrical and telecom networks) and civil engineering structures, with a focus on precise geographic location. Specifically, you will: → Encode new infrastructure, from schematic GIS level to as-built measurements provided by surveyors → Update and revise existing network relocations and repairs → Interpret project notes, construction plans, and as-built drawings → Follow projects through to final approval, closely coordinating with infrastructure project managers All tasks performed within a customized GIS/CAD environment. Your Profile ✔️ Bachelor’s degree (BSc, Bac+3) or equivalent ✔️ Proven experience in GIS and/or CAD data encoding ✔️ Proficiency in database management and ticketing tools ✔️ Ability to read and interpret as-built plans ✔️ Strong command of French, Dutch, and English ➕ Knowledge of electrical installations is a strong plus Are you meticulous, autonomous, quality-focused, and comfortable documenting procedures?
