GIS Customer Success Lead, Emergency Management

Esri Australia is recruiting a Customer Success Manager, Emergency Management, to act as trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, innovation and long-term success through proactive engagement and strategic account management. You will partner with Emergency Management clients to maximise GIS value, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Renewals and internal teams to ensure retention and revenue outcomes.
