GIS Developer

Harjai is hiring a GIS Developer in Dubai, UAE, with 12+ years of experience. The role involves developing and maintaining enterprise GIS solutions using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro; building GIS web and mobile applications with Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Survey123, and Field Maps; integrating GIS platforms with enterprise applications including Oracle CX CRM, SAP, CAFM, and MIMS; automating GIS workflows using Python, ArcPy, and ModelBuilder; designing and managing enterprise geodatabases; and performing spatial analysis, mapping, reporting, and production deployment support. Required skills include ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Python, ArcPy, SQL Server, Enterprise Geodatabases, REST API integration, Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, Azure, IIS, Windows Server, and Agile/Scrum methodology. A bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, IT, Geomatics, Geography, or a related field is preferred, with Esri certifications an added advantage.
