Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required At least 5 years of experience in web development using modern JavaScript/HTML frameworks ( e.g React,Vue.js , Angular); Practical experience with at least one major web mapping library or SDK (e.g. ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript) including layer management, popups, custom widgets, and client-side spatial operations; Proficiency in using Python for geo processing, automation, ETL and analysis (e.g. ArcPy , Geo Pandas, Shapely, Rasterio , GDAL/OGR). Duties/role Developing and configuring GIS web applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript and other modern web development frameworks; Manipulating and integrating spatial data from classified and unclassified sources into web ‑ based systems; Performing data conversion and preprocessing using Python APIs and other spatial ETL tools.
