About the Role
Job Description
1.Maintain and update the GIS database to ensure accurate and reliable network records.
2.Update network maps, route diagrams, and as-built documentation based on approved project implementations and field survey results.
3.Record, verify, and manage GPS coordinates of network assets, facilities, and infrastructure
4.Maintain and update DLPC Pole Attachment Inventory and other asset inventory databases.
5.Validate field survey data, measurements, photographs, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
6.Consolidate and reconcile field-collected data with existing network records and inventories.
7.Generate inventory, utilization, and asset management reports for planning and operational purposes.
8.Prepare GIS maps, route layouts, and technical documentation required for network planning and expansion projects.
9.Maintain records of fiber core assignments, NAP inventories, closure inventories, route inventories, and other network assets.
10.Archive, organize, and control engineering drawings, plans, permits, survey reports, and related technical documents.
11.Coordinate with Field Surveyors and other departments to ensure timely updating of network records and documentation.
12.Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Network Planning Supervisor, Network Planning Head, or Management in support of departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Graduate of Engineering, Geography, or any Technical related course.
Experience in GIS mapping, network documentation, telecommunications, utility asset management, or related field is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge of GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms) and database management is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and data management tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Capable of interpreting technical drawings, maps, and network layouts.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
Willing to conduct field validation and coordinate with survey teams when required.
Pay: From Php13,650.00 per month
