The Opportunity
As a GIS Integration Lead (ADMS), Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the seamless integration and utilization of Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data. Your work will span various fields, including urban planning, environmental management, and transportation, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results.
You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will also address conflicts or issues, engage in meaningful conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities
Leading the integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications, focusing on Esri's software suite to enhance client operations
Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client objectives
Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of project quality and timelines
Utilizing GIS architecture and conversion skills to support urban planning, environmental management, and transportation projects
Encouraging innovation and embracing change to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues
Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Preference for a Master's of Business Administration or PHD degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
Demonstrating proficiency in Esri Mapping Software and GIS Applications
Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex system interactions
Embracing change and innovation in field service operations
Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team strengths
Leveraging strategic questioning to identify business opportunities
Building relationships to enhance client support and satisfaction
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
