The successful candidate will be responsible for managing land registry documentation, monitoring interference and concession matters, and ensuring strict adherence to current regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain land registry and property-related documentation Monitor and control interference and concession requests Apply knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks Support geospatial analysis and data management using GIS and CAD tools Utilize information systems for managing concession fees and administrative practices Required Qualifications: Technical Diploma (Geometra) or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience in land registry, property management, or related fields Proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and CAD software Experience with geospatial information systems for concession and administrative file management
