GIS Lead/Manager Hiring Company: Epik Solutions Location: San Ramon, CA Fulltime w/Epik Solutions Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually plus benefits. Hybrid work schedule (2x a week onsite). Job Description: Overall 12+ years of experience with minimum 10 years of experience in the GIS/Geospatial technology domain. Well-versed with Mapping/Esri products, ArcGIS (AGOL) & Survey 123 Prior experience in implementing Survey 123, and has been intimately involved in solving data inconsistencies that arise out of analyzing the survey data. Must have expert-level knowledge of ArcGIS, and demonstratable experience with prior implementations and deployments of ArcGIS maps. Manage a team of GIS analysts. Expertise in project delivery on time and within budget. Create GIS project plans, schedules, and budgets. Drive entire project cycle - Create & analyze project plan, continuously assess project risk, and oversee Resource allocation, Budget, and cost constraints. Actively participate in gathering requirements and analyzing requirements. Sustain stakeholder support through continuous communication in writing and in-person. Lead the team members and get team members committed to their deliverables.
