Type:Full Time Salary/Pay Rate:$75,171 - $93,974 Annually, plus excellent benefits Posted Date:08/12/2026 5:05 PM Deadline to Apply:09/18/2026 5:05 PM The GIS Manager perform moderate to complex analytical, technical, professional, and administrative work in developing the City’s Geographic Information System (GIS) needs, provide training and end user support for GIS for the Utility Services Department. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Computer Science or related field or four years related work experience Four years of experience with GIS and Global Positioning System (GPS) concepts and applications One year of supervisory experience Thorough knowledge of ESRI software platform Valid NC driver’s license or valid out-of-state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a valid NC driver’s license within sixty days of employment and good driving record Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
