GIS Network Designer (2 Positions) Job Type: Full Time Experience: 7 years Location: Nairobi Job Field: ICT / Computer We are seeking two (2) skilled and detail-oriented GIS Network Designers to join our technical team and lead the planning, design, and optimization of robust telecommunications and ICT network infrastructures. Key Responsibilities Network Planning & Architecture: Design comprehensive passive and logical network solutions aligned with project objectives and industry standards. GIS Mapping & Design: Utilize GIS planning tools to map, analyze, and optimize layouts, routing, and site planning. Technical Documentation: Produce detailed design documents, schematics, bills of materials (BOM), and technical specifications. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, and deployment teams. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, ICT, or a related technical field. At least 7 years of general working experience in the Telecommunication or ICT sector. Minimum of 5 years of specific, hands-on experience in network design.
