Position
GIS Operator (m/f/d) – Documentation of Power Grids (CAD)
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Department: Networks
Responsibilities
CAD Documentation: Capture and maintain CAD-based facility documentation for single-line diagrams and overview plans in accordance with technical standards, while ensuring the quality of your work.
Order Management: Manage and track your own and incoming orders, including resolving discrepancies with network operators and following up on queries.
GIS Data Maintenance: Capture and update GIS data (overview level) per technical standards, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Project Support: Participate in data capture or optimization projects.
Guideline Development: Contribute to the creation of internal guidelines and work instructions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary based on the collective agreement for utilities providers (TV-V), salary grade 07.

Requirements
Completed vocational training as a CAD draftsman (specializing in electrical engineering), surveying technician, or geomatics engineer, complemented by relevant professional experience.
Solid experience with AutoCAD.
Knowledge of GIS systems (Esri ArcGIS) and databases (e.g., MS Access).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
High level of initiative, independence, and solution-oriented approach.
Strong service and customer orientation, as well as excellent teamwork and cooperation skills.
Important Note
A valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU applicants. Unfortunately, applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills cannot be considered.
