Careers / GIS Project Manager (PMP Certified) Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Required Strong understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data models, and geodatabases Experience with ESRI ArcGIS (Enterprise, Pro, Online) or similar platforms Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams Job Responsibility Lead end-to-end GIS project lifecycle using PMI best practices (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans Manage scope, timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations Track project performance using KPIs and prepare status reports for leadership Oversee design, development, and deployment of GIS solutions (ArcGIS, web GIS, spatial databases) Coordinate spatial data collection, analysis, migration, and integration Ensure data quality, metadata standards, and compliance with organizational GIS policies Collaborate with GIS analysts, developers, data engineers, and IT teams Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Mentor project team members and promote best practices Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards Support procurement processes, RFPs, and contract management Benefits: Competitive compensation based on market standards We are working on a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams.
