Context Looking for 6 GIS Specialists for Go Expansion Program Missions/Main Duties Design, develop, and implement GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online. Develop interactive web maps, dashboards, applications, and spatial tools supporting transportation, infrastructure, operations, and asset management. Perform advanced spatial analysis, geoprocessing, data modelling, visualization, and location-based analytics. Configure and develop Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, Instant Apps, Field Maps, Survey123, and other Esri applications. Develop and maintain GIS workflows and integrations between ArcGIS and enterprise systems and databases. Support GIS data migration, integration, schema design, data modelling, and quality assurance. Develop automated and repeatable workflows using Python, ArcPy, Arcade, FME, and FME Flow. Configure and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise content, including web maps, feature layers, feature services, groups, users, and applications. Work with business and operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into GIS solutions. Support application testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement. Manage GIS development tasks, issues, and deliverables using Jira. Prepare technical documentation, workflows, data dictionaries, specifications, and user guides. Provide technical mentoring and guidance to GIS Technicians.
