GIS Specialist at SYSTRA Canada

SYSTRA Canada is hiring for an on-site GIS Specialist position, focusing on innovative GIS solutions in the transportation sector. This role centers on using ArcGIS tools like ArcGIS Pro to advance critical infrastructure projects. In this role for the Go Expansion Program, you will be tasked with creating and implementing GIS applications that support operations and asset management. You will engage in spatial analysis and workflow development while mentoring GIS Technicians. Collaborating with various stakeholders will be crucial to translating their requirements into effective GIS strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise and Online Develop analytical dashboards and applications Conduct data modeling and location-based analysis Configure web services and GIS integrations Document technical workflows and specifications Requirements: Extensive experience with ArcGIS suite Proficient in Python and geospatial automation Previous project management experience using Jira Knowledge of SQL Server and spatial data systems Ability to guide and mentor junior staff Harness your GIS skills to make a difference in transportation infrastructure with SYSTRA Canada.
