Company: Munioo Title: GIS Specialist – Infrastructure: Smart Geospatial Solutions Munioo is looking for a GIS Specialist – Infrastructure based in Rotterdam to translate geospatial data into actionable GIS solutions for civil and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain maps and spatial analyses in ArcGIS Pro. Integrate and manage diverse geospatial datasets to support engineering and design teams. Advise project teams on appropriate GIS tools, techniques, and best practices. Independently work on geospatial tasks while closely collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. Translate complex spatial challenges into practical GIS-based solutions. Develop interactive maps, dashboards, and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively. Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen GIS capabilities across the organization. Requirements: Proven experience as a GIS specialist, preferably within civil or infrastructure engineering contexts. Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, including spatial analysis, data management, and cartography. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal). A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering practical, high-quality geospatial solutions.
