GIS Specialist (m/f/d) – Part-Time

Tasks As a GIS Specialist (m/f/d), you will collect and update technical as-built and utility network data, and reliably maintain them in the GIS system. You will review and process survey and factual data, and assign technical documents to the corresponding assets and components. Furthermore, you will update maps and overview plans and edit technical drawings using GIS and CAD applications. Additionally, you will provide as-built and geospatial data for projects and internal departments, and verify the completeness of existing documentation. In doing so, you will research and structure technical documents to ensure precise and traceable data and plan documentation. Qualifications A degree in surveying, geodesy, or geomatics, or a technical vocational training with relevant professional experience in the GIS field. Prior experience as a geomatics engineer (m/f/d), surveying technician (m/f/d), or technical draftsman (m/f/d) with hands-on GIS experience is particularly suitable. You should have experience with geoinformation or network information systems—ideally Smallworld GIS—and be proficient in AutoCAD. Additionally, you should possess solid MS Office skills and German language proficiency, as well as strong spatial and technical understanding.
