GIS Specialist (Mid-Level) - long-term contract, North Carolina public sector / transportation client. Remote, but candidates must be local to the Triangle region (Raleigh, NC); onsite on day 1 to pick up equipment. Webcam interview only. RESPONSIBILITIES Support and maintain user management, data management and metadata creation across ArcGIS Online (4,500+ users) and ArcGIS Enterprise. Audit and implement WCAG-aligned (ADA) accessibility across published GIS items. Build, configure and publish apps using Experience Builder, Survey123 and Field Maps. Publish hosted and referenced map image and feature services. Gather requirements across business units and turn business needs into GIS solutions. MUST-HAVE 5+ years ArcGIS Pro 5+ years ArcGIS Online administration, web mapping and cartography 5+ years strong oral and written communication, translating non-GIS requests into GIS outcomes 4+ years ArcGIS Enterprise administration and server management 3+ years Survey123, Field Maps and Experience Builder 3+ years Arcade and Python (or SQL) To apply, email your resume to [email protected].
