GIS Supervisor - Data Management

PGE is seeking an experienced GIS Supervisor to lead the data management function within its GIS team, maintaining and improving the integrity of PGE's geospatial data. The role is accountable for the enterprise production GIS data used by employees and integrated systems across PGE. Key responsibilities: supervise teams responsible for as-planned and as-built mapping, data maintenance and QA/QC; develop data quality metrics, SLAs, dashboards and reports; partner with the GIS manager on strategy, intake and prioritization; lead process improvement; manage vendors, contracts, purchase orders and invoices; lead research and special projects on data stewardship; support budget management, resourcing and staff development. Requirements: bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, engineering, business or related field (or equivalent experience); 5+ years in GIS; extensive experience with Esri software (ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.x, ArcGIS Pro). Preferred: electric utility experience, Schneider Electric ArcFM and Designer, Maximo, Quickbase, experience supervising GIS teams. Driver's license required. Hybrid/onsite, Portland, Oregon.
