GIS Technical Lead

Job Title: GIS Technical Lead Location : Singapore Experience: 8 10 years in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a GIS Technical Lead role. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end GIS implementation projects, with proven experience in at least 4 on-site client engagements as a GIS Technical Lead. Collaborate with client-side enterprise architects to understand and align with enterprise architecture principles , ensuring all solutions adhere to defined standards and guidelines. Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical design documents , ensuring clarity and traceability. Address and incorporate non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, etc.) into the overall solution architecture. Design and implement system integrations , both file-based and service-based (REST/SOAP APIs), ensuring seamless data exchange with external systems. Technical Skills & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with: WebApp Builder and/or Experience Builder ArcGIS JavaScript API Python for scripting and automation Proficient in spatial data migration using tools such as FME . Deep understanding of ArcGIS infrastructure setup, deployment , and performance optimization . Skilled in installation and configuration of the ArcGIS platform in various environments (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid). Soft Skills: Excellent client engagement capabilities and the ability to effectively communicate and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks.
