The Technical Manager is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise geospatial solutions leveraging Esri ArcGIS platforms and open-source geospatial technologies. The role combines advanced GIS analysis, spatial data engineering, software development, and cloud-based geospatial system integration.
The position requires strong expertise in GIS application development, GIS Training, spatial databases, web and enterprise GIS architectures, and automation workflows, supporting decision-making through scalable geospatial platforms and innovative spatial analytics solutions.
The specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver spatially enabled systems supporting sectors such as agriculture, environment, infrastructure, urban planning, utilities, telecommunications, energy, and development programs.

Geospatial System Design & Architecture
Design and implement enterprise GIS architectures using:

Architect geospatial data pipelines and spatial data infrastructures (SDI).

Education

Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience in GIS and geospatial development.
Demonstrated experience developing enterprise GIS solutions.
Demonstrated experience in training on the use of the ArcGIS Software
