Classification & Salary: Level 4–5; Annual Gross Salary (RAL) between €32,922.43 and €35,052.95
Variable Compensation: Annual performance bonus based on company objectives.

Assessment Method: Evaluation of academic/professional credentials, technical and motivational interviews
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain the company’s GIS database and coordinate enhancements to the enterprise web GIS system;
Ensure data quality within the company’s Territorial Information System and for outputs generated by the system;
Facilitate effective data exchange between the assigned office and other internal departments;
Verify that data delivered under external contracts for water network and sewer network surveys and related installations comply with company standards for the Integrated Water Service (SII);
Operate in full compliance with internal regulations and security policies.
Mandatory Requirements
Technical high school diploma (or equivalent);
Prior experience in similar roles;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software;
Strong knowledge of ESRI GIS platforms (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS for Desktop, ArcGIS for Server, Portal for ArcGIS) and/or open-source alternatives (e.g., QGIS);
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Basic knowledge of Python (versions 2.7 and 3.x);
Familiarity with ESRI ArcPy module and Python APIs for ArcGIS;
Valid Italian Category B driving license;
Results-oriented mindset, teamwork aptitude, organizational and planning skills;
Openness to change, proactivity, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Environmental Sciences, Natural Sciences, Architecture, Territorial and Urban Planning, Geology, Forestry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;
Experience using surveying equipment (total stations, GPS receivers) and associated data processing software;
Additional demonstrable professional training;
Experience working within the Integrated Water Service (SII).
