GIS/.NET Developer

Description I&T Group, operating in the IT sector for over 15 years, is urgently seeking: GIS/.NET Developer The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in GIS programming and will be responsible for independently: Coding and testing software components Installing and configuring software components in test environments, including associated databases Preparing test databases Conducting integration testing Documenting procedures and programs Technical Requirements: Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop (latest version), including ArcView and ArcInfo levels Solid knowledge (including customization) of ESRI ArcIMS (AXL) and ArcGIS Server Development experience in VB.NET and C#.NET Development experience in HTML, ASP, and JavaScript Programming experience with ESRI ArcObjects Familiarity with ESRI data models (shapefiles, coverages, file geodatabases, personal geodatabases) Knowledge of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standards, particularly WMS Experience with Oracle Spatial geodatabases (SDO) Additional desirable traits include strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Immediate availability is required.
