Lead, Geospatial Solutions

Company Description Spatial Decisions is a Planning, Design, and Geospatial solutions firm that integrates these disciplines to develop practical, impactful projects. The firm requires an experienced and motivated individual to lead the Geospatial Solutions vertical. Role Description The individual must have strong domain network, diverse experience across the technical areas of GIS, Remote Sensing, BIM, and data acquisition methods of Satellite Imagery, Drone, Lidar. Experience with managing teams, client expectations, and delivering quality and timely output are as important as the ability to provide leadership, direction, and motivation for the team. Responsibilities require development of annual business plan, meeting business targets, and expanding the operations to in current and new geographies/ business domain. As lead, Geospatial Solutions, the incumbent will be responsible for client presentations, contract management and payments, in addition to team management and financial targets. Geographic coverage requires coordination of team and opportunities in South Asia through the Delhi-based orrice and SouthEast Asia through the Hanoi, Vietnam based office. Additional support and interactions with the recently established office in Virginia, USA, may be required. Applicant must be able to travel frequently within India and the region, must be in good health, and be able to work with culturally diverse teams. Qualifications Strong market connect, leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively. Proven techncial, managerial, and business development skills. Well developed team management and leadership skills Ability to frequent travel within country and the region covering South Asia and SouthEast Asia. Post-Graduate degree (masters level or higher) required in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Geoinformatics, or a related field. International education or work/ project experience highly desireable
