Job Title: Lightweight Map Algorithm Expert Source: Liepin (猎聘) Job Responsibilities: Lead the development of algorithms for lightweight map technology, including: - Perception and recognition of map elements - Topological structure inference - Vector map alignment, fusion, and differential updates Collaborate on and drive the implementation of lightweight maps integrated with NOA (Navigation-on-Autopilot) features. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Navigation Systems, or related fields. Technical Skills: Strong programming ability, clear logical thinking, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience (at least one required; multiple matches are highly favored): - Experience in lightweight map R&D or successful mass production/deployment - In-depth knowledge of HD or lightweight map data specifications, with ability to design data processing algorithms - Experience developing vector map multi-pass alignment and fusion algorithms - Experience in road and lane topology inference algorithms - Experience in automated differential update algorithms for vector maps - Experience with Transformer-based models (e.g., MapTr, BevFormer) or online local-map generation systems - Publications in top-tier conferences or reputable journals
