Photogrammetry Specialist Location: Remote from Europe Job Description The Photogrammetry Specialist helps prospective and existing customers successfully use Correlator3D™. The role combines software demonstrations, technical support, workflow optimization, and the processing of photogrammetric datasets. The specialist works closely with the sales and R&D teams to answer technical questions, resolve issues, and help users produce high-quality geospatial data. Responsibilities and Functions •  Conduct online demonstrations of Correlator3D™ for prospective clients •  Respond to technical support requests and guide customers through the resolution of issues •  Analyze customer imagery, project configurations, and outputs to identify data, workflow, or processing problems •  Process sample datasets for software evaluations, demonstrations, and technical support cases •  Advise clients on data acquisition, project setup, processing parameters, quality control, and workflow optimization •  Reproduce and document software issues and escalate advanced cases to the R&D team •  Support trial users, the sales team, and international resellers with technical expertise •  Contribute to technical documentation, tutorials, and internal knowledge sharing SimActive Advantages •  Direct contact with international clients and a wide variety of mapping projects •  Practical work with advanced photogrammetry and 3D mapping technology •  Direct impact on customer results and on a software product used worldwide •  Varied role combining technical analysis, client interaction, and data processing •  Small team with a high level of autonomy •  Remote work with flexible hours Requirements •  Bachelor's degree in geomatics, geography, remote sensing, surveying, or a related field •  Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in photogrammetry, remote sensing, mapping, or geospatial data processing •  Strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems •  Fluency in written and spoken French and English •  Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and interact with an international client base •  Comfortable conducting software demonstrations for clients during online meetings Assets •  Experience in technical support, software training, or technical pre-sales •  Experience with Correlator3D™ or other photogrammetry software •  Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS or QGIS Desired Profile •  Customer-focused, patient, and comfortable working through complex technical questions •  Autonomous, resourceful, organized, and rigorous when managing several priorities •  Curious and motivated to develop expertise in photogrammetry and geospatial software •  Able to collaborate effectively with the sales and R&D teams
