Project Manager, GIS Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid) Full-Time / Permanent Apotex Inc. is a Canadian-based global pharmaceutical company producing high-quality, affordable medicines for patients worldwide. We are hiring a Project Manager, GIS (Global Information Systems) to manage technical infrastructure and software delivery projects within our Global Information Systems & IT division in Toronto. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Manage end-to-end IT and technical software deployment projects across global manufacturing sites. Scope & Schedule: Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and milestone schedules using MS Project / Jira. Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional project teams including software engineers, validation leads, and business analysts. Vendor Management: Manage third-party technology vendors, software licenses, and SLA agreements. Budget Control: Track project expenditures, forecasts, and resource allocation. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline. PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile Scrum Master certification preferred. 5+ years experience managing IT / software projects in regulated industries (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Manufacturing).
