SENIOR ANALYST BUCKINGHAMSHIRE/HYBRID UP TO £70,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join a growing, data-driven organisation where analytics sits at the heart of operational decision-making. You'll work across geospatial analysis, operational reporting, automation, forecasting, and optimisation, helping shape how data is used to improve services, increase efficiency, and support commercial growth. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Analyst will: Conduct GIS and geospatial analysis to assess operational performance and programme coverage Use ArcGIS and spatial analysis techniques to evaluate survey progress and identify areas requiring attention Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reporting Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to support operational and commercial decisions Develop automated reporting solutions and improving existing business processes Support route optimisation, workforce planning, and resource forecasting activities Analyse programme performance, costs, and commercial opportunities Contribute to pricing models, tenders, and business growth initiatives Work closely with operational stakeholders to provide actionable insights Support the development of predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Commercial experience using Python for data analysis and automation Strong SQL and data manipulation skills Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI GIS or geospatial analytics experience Experience working with ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar mapping technologies Experience analysing operational or business performance data The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders A proactive approach to improving processes and automating manual tasks APPLY BELOW!
