Develop, enhance, and calibrate advanced hydraulic models of rivers, channels, streams, and open waterways;
Prepare catchment models, floodplain zones, and risk assessments using up-to-date hydrological and meteorological data;
Conduct advanced spatial and hydrological data analysis using GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and numerical methods;
Prepare expert reports, technical opinions, and recommendations on flood and drought risk for clients and public authorities;
Perform calculations and simulations of flow regimes, retention capacity, and extreme events, and assess the effectiveness of proposed infrastructure;
Collaborate with project teams in conceptualizing and planning flood protection infrastructure;
Present modeling results to clients and stakeholders; prepare hazard maps, reports, and visualizations;
Provide technical mentorship to junior specialists; develop standards and streamline modeling workflows.
