Own the architecture of Python based data pipelines, setting standards for automation, cleaning, transformation, and analysis of geospatial datasets across projects. Develop ArcGIS Online Hosted Notebooks, ArcGIS Pro Python Toolboxes, and ArcGIS Geoprocessing services to support geospatial applications and workflows Lead database architecture decisions for enterprise relational and spatial systems, balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability. Deliver production-quality code following professional development standards, including version control with Git and GitHub for collaboration, collaborative code review, and release management Perform quality assurance and debugging of geospatial data, scripts, and services to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of delivered solutions Give live demonstrations and presentations to clients showcasing workflows, solutions, and outcomes Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle Serve as technical lead on select engagements, guiding architecture and implementation approach Mentor junior analysts and foster knowledge-sharing across the team
