Senior GIS Analyst

Bent Ear Solutions (BES) is hiring a Senior GIS Analyst to support public safety and emergency management clients in the Washington, DC area. Responsibilities Build ArcGIS Experience Builder apps, dashboards and Survey123 forms for public safety and emergency management clients Maintain and manage data in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro Write documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Advise clients on GIS policy and strategy Own projects from requirements gathering through delivery Requirements 5+ years of GIS experience; geospatial intelligence experience preferred Strong Esri stack skills: ArcGIS Online, Portal, Experience Builder, Dashboards, Hub, Map Viewer, ArcGIS Pro, Survey123 IT-level understanding of ArcGIS (servers, databases, security, cloud) Clear technical writing Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance Python and JavaScript are a plus Salary: $85,000–$120,000.
