Key Responsibilities
Design and implement GIS solutions using ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise, transforming complex data into dynamic, web-based visualizations tailored to transportation project needs.
Integrate spatial and tabular data (e.g., CAD, GPS, text) via ETL processes; convert data between formats (e.g., CAD to Shapefile); ensure data accuracy while optimizing performance of geodatabases in multi-user environments.
Extract, clean, and structure geospatial data from diverse sources to support transportation infrastructure projects.
Automate GIS workflows and data processes using Python scripts, ArcPy, and Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and accelerate project delivery.
Process and analyze LiDAR data, generate Digital Elevation Models (DEMs), and utilize orthophotos to meet topographic mapping, spatial analysis, and project visualization requirements.
Create thematic and analytical maps using standardized cartographic practices and dynamic layers for advanced spatial analysis, aligned with stakeholder needs.
Promote continuous knowledge sharing by mentoring colleagues, delivering GIS training, and proactively pursuing professional development to enhance team capabilities and advance your career.
Communicate complex geospatial analyses to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making in transportation projects.
