Citycare Property is seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to lead the evolution of our geospatial and asset information capability. In this influential role, you'll improve the quality, accessibility and value of asset data, helping our teams make better decisions, operate more efficiently and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and communities. You'll combine technical GIS expertise with a passion for process improvement, leading initiatives that strengthen data governance, streamline workflows and enhance the way information is used across the asset lifecycle What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga Lead the continuous improvement of Citycare Property's asset and geospatial information capability, ensuring data is accurate, reliable and delivers value to the business. Drive GIS and asset data initiatives that support smarter decision-making, operational efficiency and better outcomes for customers and communities. Partner with operational and project teams to develop practical data standards, workflows and solutions that improve the way information is captured and managed. Provide spatial insights, analysis and reporting that support planning, investment and long-term asset management decisions. Champion data quality, governance and innovation, lifting capability and best practice across the business. What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko: Proven experience leading GIS, geospatial or asset information initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate complex information into practical business solutions. Experience improving data quality, processes and information management practices. Sound knowledge of GIS platforms, spatial data management and analysis.
