About the Role
Overview
TMC Middle East is assembling a 4-person GIS team for a major geospatial data cleansing and reconciliation project partnering with a global technology company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Senior GIS Data Quality / Team Lead (7–10 years experience) to lead the team and drive data quality assurance across enterprise spatial datasets.

Duration: 6 months (Extendable)
Start Date: Immediate
Client: Global Technology Company
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a 4-person GIS team dedicated to large-scale geospatial data cleansing and reconciliation.
Establish, manage, and enforce spatial and attribute data quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) workflows.
Architect and execute data reconciliation strategies across enterprise geodatabases and relational databases.
Write complex SQL queries to identify data anomalies, manage relational integrity, and resolve data discrepancies.
Serve as the technical focal point and liaison with client stakeholders and project leadership.
Requirements
7–10 years of professional experience in GIS data quality, spatial data management, or leading GIS teams/projects.
Deep expertise in Enterprise GIS and Enterprise Geodatabases (e.g., Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, multi-user geodatabases).
Strong proficiency in SQL, relational database concepts, data relationships, and reconciliation.
Demonstrated experience in spatial data validation, attribute cleansing, and automated QA/QC procedures.
Language: Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory for this role.
