Senior GIS Developer

Requirements 6+ years of experience in GIS application development, with strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience. Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot Develop GIS automation, data processing, geoprocessing, and integration solutions using Python. Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Server. Develop web-based GIS applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar frameworks. modern frontend frameworks, RESTful API Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate GIS platforms with enterprise applications Manage and optimize spatial databases using PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, or SQL Server. Develop spatial queries, geoprocessing tools, scripts, and automation solutions. Establish best practices for GIS development, deployment, security, and version control. Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments. CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab. Git and source-control management. Support CI/CD and DevOps practices for GIS application deployment. Proven experience leading GIS development teams or acting as a technical lead. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
